Pa. 2016) I was sole counsel and defeated numerous motions including for Summary Judgment in a hotly contested case with Dilworth Paxson as opposing counsel The matter received front-page coverage in the Legal Intelligencer.In Commonwealth v. Sands, 2016 Pa. Super. LEXIS 3227 (Pa. Super. Ct. 2016), I prevailed and vacated a sentence and that set the bright-line standard for due process and procedure in criminal matters. President Judge Emeritus, Correale F.
